Payment information

We offer Cash on Delivery and online payment.

  • Cash on Delivery. You pay our courier in cash when your parcel arrives. No card or bank details are collected by us at any point.
  • Online payment. You enter your card or wallet details directly with them, on their systems. We never see, receive or store your full card number, expiry date or CVV. We receive only a transaction reference, the amount, whether the payment succeeded, and in some cases the last four digits of the card, so that we can match the payment to your order and process refunds.

Cookies and tracking

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them in three ways.

Essential cookies

These make the shop work and cannot be switched off. They remember your cart between pages, keep you logged in, and carry your order through checkout. They are set by WordPress and WooCommerce, the software this store runs on, and include cookies named woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart and wp_woocommerce_session_.

Analytics cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit, which products get attention, and where visitors leave. This is reported to us in aggregate — we use it to improve the shop, not to identify you personally. Google’s practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy, and you can opt out across all sites using Google’s browser add-on.

Advertising cookies

We use the Meta Pixel so we can show our products to people on Facebook and Instagram, including people who have viewed a product here but not bought it, and so we can see whether those adverts lead to sales. This means Meta may receive information about your visit, such as pages viewed and items added to your cart. Meta’s practices are described in its Privacy Policy, and you can adjust what you see through your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.

Controlling cookies

You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will stop the cart and checkout from working. Blocking analytics and advertising cookies will not affect your ability to shop with us.

Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the following, and only as far as they need it:

  • Courier and delivery companies: receive your name, delivery address and phone number so they can deliver your parcel and call you if needed.
  • Payment provider: to process online payments and refunds.
  • Analytics and advertising providers: Google and Meta, as described in the Cookies section.
  • Service providers: our web hosting company, email delivery service and, where used, SMS or WhatsApp notification providers. They act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
  • Professional advisers: our accountants or lawyers, where necessary.
  • Authorities: where we are required to disclose information by law, a court order, or a lawful request from a government body.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

  • Give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
  • Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it — for example, we must retain records of completed orders for tax purposes, but we can delete your account and marketing subscription.
  • Stop sending marketing. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us. This does not stop order confirmations and delivery updates, which are part of fulfilling your order.
  • Close your account.

Email [CONTACT EMAIL] with your request. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act, so that we do not disclose your data to someone else. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Keeping your information secure

Our site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to order data is limited to the people who need it to run the shop, and accounts are protected by passwords stored in encrypted form. We do not hold card numbers at all.

No website can promise perfect security. If a breach affects your personal information and creates a real risk to you, we will tell you and the relevant authority as required.

Children

Our shop is intended for customers aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other websites

Our pages may link to other websites, including our social media profiles. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Please read their policies before giving them your information.

Legal framework

We handle personal information in accordance with applicable Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 and data protection legislation in force from time to time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our shop changes or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will make that clear on the site.
